These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://www.theelloura.com/ (the “Site”) and any purchases you make through our online store. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. 1. Definitions “User” or “you”: any visitor or customer using the Site. “Products”: any jewelry items listed for sale on the Site, including rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings, and ladies’ watches. 2. Order Acceptance & Purchase All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Once you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason. A contract between you and The Elloura is formed only when we send you a shipment confirmation email. 3. Pricing & Payment Prices listed on the Site are in PKR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We accept payment via major credit/debit cards and selected local payment gateways. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before dispatch. 4. Shipping & Delivery We offer free delivery on orders over PKR 5,000. Standard shipping rates apply to other orders. Delivery times vary by location but typically range from 3–7 business days within Pakistan. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery. 5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations You may return unworn, undamaged Products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To initiate a return, contact our customer support at support@theelloura.com with your order number. Customized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We reserve the right to refuse a return that does not meet these conditions. 6. Product Descriptions & Images We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and imagery. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings or the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. We do not warrant that Products’ descriptions are error‑free. 7.
